Every entrepreneur's day should have

- A workout, even if you just move around and look up and focus on what goes on around you

- At least one healthy meal

- 2 hours of focus time,

- A few pages of reading. Fiction or non-fiction.

- Time with partner/friends

- Some time outside, breathe in the air, look up and cut for a moment

- Alone time, even if just for an hour


If you do these things EVERY day, you'll be ahead of 90% of the population. And you will feel so much better.
