How I plan my week

There is no easy way - it is a challenge but I'm getting better at it the more I stick to it!


Practice, practice, practice!


Seven key things I do to stay productive and get things done!


  1. Clarify your top priorities.

    1. My relationship.

    2. REWORK aka freedom.

    3. Learn (podcasts, reading, mentors (Youtube or blog posts).

  2. Colour code your calendar.

    1. Green for REWORK. Symbolises freedom to me.

    2. Blue for PERSONAL.

    3. Yellow for LEARNING.

  3. Write down the focus for the day.

    1. I use pen and paper. Only write down top three things. Once all three done, then feel free to add one more. These are not entries in your To Do app or Calendar App or Tasks App. Those you use for more detail when required. It is the satisfaction of ticking the box with a pen and paper!

  4. Review your day. Praise yourself!

  5. Review your week.
